Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails. The French version is shown when the site language is set to Français.

Purpose. These terms govern the use of makerito.com, published by an individual (legal notice).

Your images. You declare that you hold the rights to every image you upload, or the permission of its owner. You remain its owner; you only authorise us to process it to produce your models. Any unlawful image, or one for which you do not hold the rights, is prohibited.

Licence. Each file obtained is granted under a personal, non-commercial licence, non-exclusive and non-transferable. It allows you to print or cut objects from the file for your personal use or to give them as gifts, without compensation. It prohibits selling these objects or the file, using them in a paid activity, and sharing or publishing the file. The licence covers only our contribution (templates, layout); the templates remain our property.

Restrictions. The free service is limited, without an account, to 2 3D files per day and 10 per month (rolling 30 days), per internet connection (IP address), and, with a free account, to 5 3D files per day and 30 per month (rolling 30 days), per account. The number of simultaneous heavy calculations is limited to 1 without an account (per IP address) and to 3 with an account (per account). Saved configurations are limited to 100 per account (20 without an account). The counter starts again from zero when the account is created: the files created without an account are not carried over to it. It is prohibited to circumvent these limits or the other protections of the service, in particular by changing IP address or creating several accounts to escape a counter, to automate requests in bulk, to create several accounts for the same offer and to access other people's data.

Moderation. Reviews are read by a person before publication. An image, a review or an account that breaches these terms, or that is reported as unlawful (legal notice), may be removed or suspended; no decision is automated. Every decision is notified to you with its reasons, and you may contest it by replying to contact@makerito.com.

Printed result. It depends on your printer, your filaments and your settings.
