Only the email address is necessary, to create an account or receive a link; without it, you can create a model without an account. The other fields are optional.
Only the people in charge of operating the site have access to it. Our processors (contract compliant with article 28 of the GDPR):

The public sees only what you publish in a review. Authorities may obtain data under a legal requisition.
Your data is hosted in France. The contact mailbox is in Switzerland, a country recognised as adequate by the European Commission (decision of 26 July 2000).
Some of the processors of Brevo, which sends our emails, may process this data in the United States or India. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, for the United States, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (to processing based on legitimate interest, and without justification to our communications), withdrawal of consent at any time (communications, reviews), directives after death.
You can delete your models, edit or delete your reviews and unsubscribe from "My account". For anything else, write to contact@makerito.com: reply within one month, extendable by two months for a complex request.
Review reminders: the "Stop review reminders" link at the bottom of every email stops them for all your models, without logging in; the "Don't ask me again for this model" box in the review window stops the reminders (window and email) for that model.

No advertising or audience-measurement cookie, hence no banner: everything below is strictly necessary for the service and exempt from consent (article 82 of the Informatique et Libertés law, CNIL guidelines of 17 September 2020).
